Fees

 

The class fees are as follows for all group classes (invoiced termly):

30 minutes £8.00

45 minutes £10.00

60 minutes £11.50

75 minutes £13.50

90 minutes £15.50

Notice

Please note that we require half a term’s, written notice if you would like to stop a class.

 

This is to allow us time to re plan the timetable and make the most out of our teacher and hall availability. 

 

Clarification on notice giving.

1. Notice at Half Term (Optimal Notice):

   - To avoid being invoiced for the following term, you need to give notice by the half term holiday of that term. 

2. *Notice at the End of a Full Term

   - If you miss the half term notice window, the next opportunity is to give notice before the end of the current full term.

   - By doing this, you would only be charged 50% of the fees for the following term. Welcome and encouraged to come to these half of a terms notice or change your mind by half term if you like. 

 

3. **Late Notice (Missed Both Deadlines)**:

   - If you fail to give notice by the end of the full term, you will be charged the full fees for the following term.

 

Notice given at any other time during the term will be rounded up the nearest, next holiday. 

These guidelines ensure that we are given notice of a change in demand for classes so that we have time and the opportunity to adapt our timetable accordingly and make the most of our teacher and hall availability. Ie we can’t change our timetable midway through a term very easily if at all.

Your place will automatically roll over to the next term or year. If you have not yet informed us that you will not be returning the following term, you will be invoiced for the first half of term. You are more than welcome to attend classes throughout this period. This is to ensure that class numbers remain viable and that we are able to make the most out of the limited hall and teacher availability. It also means that any students waiting for spaces in oversubscribed classes can be allocated a space.

We invoice once a term through our invoicing software, enabling you to pay easily online.
