Terms and Conditions

Invoices and notice

Please note that we require half a term’s, written notice if you would like to stop a class. Your place will automatically roll over to the next term or year. If you have not yet informed us that you will not be returning the following term, you will be invoiced for the first half of term. You are more than welcome to attend classes throughout this period. This is to ensure that class numbers remain viable and that we are able to make the most out of the limited hall and teacher availability. It also means that any students waiting for spaces in oversubscribed classes can be allocated a space. 

We invoice once a term through our invoicing software, enabling you to pay easily online.
